The flowers on my peace lily have turned green. could it be the soil is too acidic? or to much watering?

i work in a coffee shop (the coffee oils in the air) and that is where the plant is, and i have heard that acidity and alkalinity can affect the color of flowers on some plants, so maybe that is the same with peace lilies? does anyone know? it has a few new flowers growing in that are white.

I don't think it's the soil. They change color as the bloom fades. I cut mine off about a week after the have changes color.
